Timely Advice from a Doctor with a Funny Bone!
Four walls cannot contain Dr. Jane Sadler’s enthusiasm for wellness, so she also wrote for the Dallas Morning News’ Health Blog. These are some of her favorite blog posts. Each one displays her passion for sharing well-researched, interesting—and sometimes surprising—medical advice. Her sense of humor and humility about everyday ups and downs make this easy-to-read book a great reference for real life. Dr. Sadler is a family physician at the Family Medical Center North Garland in Texas. She has been featured on local and national news shows and wrote the Family Medicine column for the Arts & Life section of the Dallas Morning News. Recently she appeared on “Drugged,” a National Geographic Channel special report. Dr. Sadler also is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine, Texas A&M Health Science Center. She and her husband, Dr. John Sadler, have two children, Samantha and John Michael, and two dogs.
“Dr. Sadler is an uncommonly effective source of medical guidance. Delivered in a breezy and witty style, her counsel always is based on the latest scientific evidence. It’s like getting great advice from a close friend.”
